Hi, I’m Dr. Marcela Aguirre—a certified Life & Business Coach, former Army Medical Officer, and Doctor with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate major transitions.

I’ve supported clients through some of life’s biggest changes—career pivots, relocations, business launches, and personal reinvention. I’ve personally navigated massive transitions too: leaving the military, changing careers in my late 30s, and building multiple businesses from scratch.
